The Son of Man Pre-existed in Glory with God the Father before the Material Creation

“Your father Abraham rejoiced to see my day, and he saw it and was glad.” (John 8:56)

“Isaiah saw his glory and spoke of him.” (See John 12:37-41)

“I watched till thrones were put in place, and the Ancient of Days was seated. .. I was watching in the night visions, and behold, one like the Son of Man, coming with the clouds of heaven! He came to the Ancient of Days, and they brought him near before Him. Then to him was given dominion and glory and a kingdom, that all peoples, nations, and languages should serve him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom the [only] one which shall not be destroyed.” (Daniel 7:9-14)

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. .. In him was Life, and the Life was the Light of men. .. And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. * There was a man, whose name was John [the Baptist], who was sent from God to bear witness of the Light, that all through him might believe. * John saw Jesus coming and said, ‘Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!’ * John bore witness, saying, ‘I saw the Spirit descending from Heaven like a dove and remaining on him. .. I have seen and testified that this is the Son of God.’” (John, Chapter 1)

“When Jesus heard that Lazarus was sick, he said, ‘This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of Man may be glorified through it.’” (John 11:4 & 40)

“His disciples did not understand many things at first; but when Jesus was glorified, then they remembered that these things were written about him and that they had done these things to him.” (John 12:16)

“The hour has come that the Son of Man should be glorified.” (John 12:23)

“Now my soul is troubled, and what shall I say? ‘Father, save me from this hour’? But for this purpose I came to this hour. Father, glorify Your name! Then a voice came from Heaven, saying, ‘I have both glorified it and will glorify it again.’” (John 12:27-28)

“Now is the judgment of this world! Now the ruler of this world will be cast out! And I, if I am lifted up from the Earth, will draw all peoples to myself.” (John 12:31-32)

“Now the Son of Man is glorified, and God is glorified in him. If God is glorified in him, God will also glorify him in himself, and glorify him immediately.” (John 13:31-32)

“By this, my Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit.” (John 15:8)

“Father, the hour has come! Glorify your son, that your son may also glorify You! You have given him authority over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as You have given him. And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent. I have glorified you on the Earth. I have finished the work which You have given me to do. And now, O Father, glorify me together with Yourself, with the glory which I had with You before the world was. * And the glory which You gave me, I have given to them, that they may be one just as we are one. * Father, I desire that they may behold my glory which You have given me, for you loved me before the foundation of the world.” (John 17:1-5, 22, 24) [“before the creation of the world,” according to NIV.]

“I looked, and behold, a door standing open in Heaven. .. Immediately, I was in the Spirit, and behold, a throne set in Heaven, and One sat on the throne .. and there was a rainbow around the throne. .. The living creatures give glory and honor and thanks to Him who sits on the throne, who lives forever and ever. The twenty-four elders fall down before Him .. saying, ‘You are worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power, for You created all things, and by Your will they [continue to] exist.’ .. And I looked, and behold, in the midst of the throne and the elders, stood a Lamb as though it had been slain. .. The he came and took the scroll out of the right hand of Him who sat on the throne. [Then] the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders .. sang a new song, saying, ‘You are worthy to take the scroll, and to open its seals, for you were slain and have redeemed us to God by your blood out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation.’ .. Then I looked, and I heard the voice of many angels around the throne .. saying with a loud voice, ‘Worthy is the Lamb who was slain to receive power and riches and wisdom, and strength and honor and glory and blessing!’ And every creature which is in Heaven and on the Earth and under the Earth and in the Sea, I heard saying, ‘Blessing and honor and glory and power be to Him who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb, forever and ever!’” (Revelation, Chapters 4 & 5)
