Are You Prepared to Be Martyrs for Jesus?

Psalm 72:13-14 –Messiah “will spare the poor and needy. He will redeem their life from oppression and violence, and precious in his sight shall be their blood.”

Psalm 116:15 – “Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints (NKJV) / faithful servants (NIV) / martyrs (JHK).”

Revelation 20:4 – “And I saw thrones, and .. the souls of those who had been beheaded for their witness to Jesus and for the word of God, who had not worshipped the Beast or his image, and had not received his mark on their foreheads or on their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years.”

Revelation 19:20 – “The Beast and the False Prophet .. were cast alive into the Lake of Fire burning with brimstone.”

Revelation 20:12 – “The Devil, who deceived them, [and his demons] were cast into the Lake of Fire and Brimstone where the Beast and the False Prophet are. They will be tormented day and night forever and ever.”

Revelation 20:14 – “Death and Hades were cast into the Lake of Fire. This is the second death.”

Revelation 20:12-13,15 – “The dead were judged, each one according to his works, by the things which were written in the books. .. And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the Lake of Fire.”

Luke 12:4-5 – “My friends, do not be afraid of those who kill the body and after that have no more that they can do. Rather, fear Him who, after He has killed, has power to cast into hell. Yes, I say to you, fear Him!”

Luke 11:49-51 – “The Wisdom of God said, ‘I will send them prophets and apostles. Some of them, they will persecute and kill, that the blood of all the prophets which was shed from the foundation of the world may be required of this generation, from the blood of Abel to the blood of Zechariah, who perished between the altar and the temple.’”

Luke 12:8 – “Whoever confesses me before men, him the Son of Man will also confess before the angels of God; but he who denies me before men will be denied before the angels of God.”

1 John 2:18 & 22 – “You have heard that the Antichrist is coming, and even now many antichrists have come. .. He is antichrist who denies the Father and the Son.”

Romans 6:11 – “Reckon yourselves to be dead to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (See also Galatians 2:20 – “I have been crucified with Christ. Christ lives in me.”)
