1 Samuel 10:9 – As Saul turned to leave Samuel, God changed Saul’s heart. (NIV) So it was, when he had turned his back to go from Samuel, that God gave him another heart. (NKJ) And it was so, that when he had turned his back to go from Samuel, God gave him another heart. (KJV)

Exodus 6:7 – I will take you as My people, and I will be your God. Exodus 19:5-6 – If you will indeed obey My voice and keep My covenant, then you shall be a special treasure to Me above all people, for all the earth is Mine. And you shall be to Me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation. Deuteronomy 4:20 – The Lord has taken you and brought you out of the iron furnace, out of Egypt, to be His people, an inheritance, as you are this day. Deuteronomy 7:6-9 – You are a holy people to the Lord your God. The Lord your God has chosen you to be a people for Himself, a special treasure above all the peoples on the face of the earth ... because the Lord loves you, and because He would keep the oath which He swore to your fathers. ... Therefore know that the Lord your God, He is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and mercy for a thousand generations with those who love Him and keep His commandments. Jeremiah 30:22 – You shall be My people, and I will be your God. Jeremiah 31:17 – There is hope in your future, says the Lord.

Jeremiah 32:38-41 – They shall be My people, and I will be their God. Then I will give them one heart and one way, that they may fear Me forever, for the good of them and their children after them. ... [JHK: God is a reasonable God & gave us reason so we could come to understand Him.] And I will make an everlasting covenant with them, that I will not turn away from doing them good, but I will put My fear in their hearts so that they will not depart from Me. Yes, I will rejoice over them to do them good, and I will assuredly plant them in this land, with all My heart and with all My soul.

Ezekiel 36:16-38 – When the house of Israel dwelt in their own land, they defiled it by their own ways and deeds ... therefore I poured out My fury upon them ... scattered them among the nations ... judged them according to their ways and their deeds. ... But I had concern for My holy name, which the house of Israel had profaned among the nations wherever they went. ... Therefore ... I do not do this for your sake, O house of Israel, but for My holy name’s sake. ... The nations shall know that I am the Lord ... when I am hallowed in you before their eyes; for I will take you from among the nations, gather you out of all countries, and bring you into your own land. Then I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you shall be clean. I will cleanse you from all your filthiness and from all your idols. I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you. I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in my statutes. ... Then you shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers! You shall be My people, and I shall be your God. ... I, the Lord, have spoken it, and I will do it. Jeremiah 37 -- ... These bones are the whole house of Israel! ... I will open your graves and cause you to come up from your graves and bring you into the land of Israel. ... Then you shall know that I, the Lord, have spoken it and performed it. ... I will make them one nation in the land ... and one king shall be king over them all ... then they shall be My people, and I will be their God. David my servant shall be king over them, and they shall all have one shepherd. [David is progenitor & type of Messiah, the Eternal King.]

Ezekiel 11:19-20 – Then I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within them, and take the stony heart out of their flesh, and give them a heart of flesh, that they may walk in My statutes and keep My judgments and do them. And they shall be My people, and I will be their God.

Jeremiah 31:31-34 – I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah. ... I will put My law in their minds and write it on their hearts; and I will be their God and they will be My people.  *  Matthew 26:28 – This is My blood of the new covenant. *  Jesus IS the New Covenant!
